This Key Learning Area of study is informed by the NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum in Science and Technology K-10 Curriculum Syllabus.
Learning in this Key Learning Area enables students in Years K-6 to develop their knowledge, understanding of and skills in applying the processes of working scientifically and working technologically.
- Students will develop their knowledge of the Natural Environment through understanding about the Physical World, Earth and Space, and Living World
- Students will develop their knowledge of the Natural Environment and Made Environment through the Material World
- Students will develop their knowledge of the Made Environment through Built Environments, Information and Products
